Miko is my precious pure bred AKC registered Shih Tzu. She is a Chinese Imperial Shih Tzu, which means she is very small for the breed standard.
The Chinese Imperial has a shoulder height of up to 20 cm (8 in) and weighs up to 4 kg (9 lbs). The Chinese Imperial was bred as a family companion, and it suits its purpose well. It is playful, intelligent, and kind, tending to follow its owner from room to room and always eager to curl up on a bed or lap. Chinese Imperials are happy, trusting affectionate, and calm.
Miko is due to deliver her puppies the first week of March 2010. She was bred to a sweet
teacup Yorkie named Alex. Alex is a prue bread AKC Yorkshire Terrier. Alex is a very tiny
3 lb. Yorkie with many champions in his pedigree. I am very excited to see the beautiful
puppies these two produced!
